2. What We Can and Cannot Remove
Because SDOWNLOADER does not host any media content, we cannot remove content from third-party platforms. To remove content from the source, contact the relevant platform directly:

3. What We Can Act On
We can act on valid DMCA notices related to content on SDOWNLOADER's own website (our code, design, and written content), or credible evidence that our Service is being systematically used to infringe a specific rights holder's content.
4. How to Submit a DMCA Notice
Provide in writing:
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material on SDOWNLOADER, with sufficient detail to locate it.
- A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized agent.

5. Counter-Notice

6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers.
